01. What is included in my subscription?
Your subscription includes access to the CareFlow AI platform along with the features and usage limits included in your selected plan. Depending on your plan, this may include appointment management, patient records, AI-powered clinical tools, WhatsApp AI, Voice AI, analytics, and more.
02. What are AI Credits?
AI Credits are used when CareFlow AI processes requests using AI models such as clinical analysis, document analysis, AI assistants, AI scribing, WhatsApp AI conversations, and other AI-powered features.
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI Credits. Additional credits can be purchased at any time.
03. What happens if I exceed my included AI Credits?
Your clinic will continue operating normally. Additional AI Credits can be purchased as needed, or your plan can be upgraded for higher included usage.
04. Can I purchase additional AI Credits?
Yes. Additional AI Credit packs are available at any time.

05. How is Voice AI usage calculated?
Voice AI usage is measured in minutes and includes inbound and outbound AI phone conversations.
Plans that include Voice AI come with a monthly allocation of minutes. Additional usage is billed separately.
06. Is a phone number included?
Yes. A local phone number is included for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
For other countries, additional charges may apply depending on local telecom provider pricing and number availability.
07. Why do phone number costs vary by country?
Telecom providers charge different rates for phone numbers and call routing in different countries. Some countries have significantly higher monthly number rental and regulatory fees than others.
Any country-specific costs will be clearly communicated before activation.
08. Can I use my existing business phone number?
In many cases, yes. Existing numbers can often be ported to CareFlow AI depending on your country, telecom provider, and number type.
Our team will help verify portability during onboarding.
09. Is WhatsApp messaging included?
Plans that include WhatsApp AI include a monthly allocation of AI conversations.
Official WhatsApp Business messaging fees charged by Meta may apply depending on message volume and conversation category.
10. Can I bring my own API key?
Yes. Enterprise customers can choose to use their own AI provider accounts and API keys for greater control, compliance, and cost management.
11. Can I bring my own Twilio account?
Yes. Enterprise customers can connect their own Twilio account and manage phone numbers, calling, and messaging directly.
12. Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
Growth and Pro plans include standard onboarding at no additional cost.
Enterprise deployments may require a one-time implementation fee depending on customization, integrations, migration requirements, and deployment complexity.
13. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription as your clinic grows and your needs change.
